Return Policy

Curl Gotti Hair Care, LLC will provide a full refund for new, unused, and unopened products with 30 days of delivery. Refunds are not accepted if the original seal has been broken and/or the product has been opened. There is a possibility that products could arrive damaged due to mishaps during transit. If this is the case, you will be required to provide photo evidence of the damaged product within 5 days of delivery. The refund will be processed and credited via the original payment method. Cancellation Policy

All orders are final and cannot be cancelled. If you need to change the shipment address of an order, you will need to contact us immediately at info@curlgotti.com. The address can be updated only if the shipment has not yet been sent out.
